 Q: Are prices displayed inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars?

 A: Yes, All prices displayed on the office group website are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.

Q: I would like to register with the site, how do I receive a password?

 A: By Creating an account, and providing us with your name and shipping details, this will generate an automated email confirming your username and password
 

Q: What if I forget my password? Can I get it reset?

 A: yes, you can click on (forgot your password) and, Fill in your email address to request a new password. An email will be sent to your email address containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on the link your email address will be verified and you will then, be emailed a new password.

Q: How do I know that you have received my order?

 A: When you place an order via our website, we will receive an email as confirmation of your purchase, we will reply shortly after (awaiting fulfilment) once your order is picked, you will then receive confirmation (waiting shipment) followed with confirmation your order has been (shipped) this receipt includes what products have been released for delivery.
 
Q: If I change my mind, can I add or delete items from my order?

 A: Once your order is received it is processed quickly and shipped out. If you want to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by viewing your email order confirmation, at the bottom of your email, you will see a reply to! we will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes.All orders we process receive an order confirmation, and once you have received this, the order cannot be amended as your order has already been packed and in the process of being shipped.

Q: If I choose to use my Credit Card how do you collect my information?

 A: We have secure payments, whereby the data is encrypted across a secure server.

Q: Is my credit card secure?

We use the latest high bit encryption technology available. All your personal information is scrambled between your computer and our server to keep it from prying eyes. We have a secure certificate issued, which we only received after stringent checks regarding our ownership and business registration! If you have any further questions refer to our Privacy Statement or e-mail us! 

 Q: I am having difficulty logging on to my account, what should I do?

A: Ensure that your browser is set up to receive "Cookies" and that you have typed your username and password in correctly.

 Q: What about my email address? Will you sell it?

 A: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ever trade or sell your personal information. Initially, we will send you an email to confirm registration details. And a few emails whenever you order from us to let you know how your order is progressing.


Q: How do I setup my wish list


A:
By Clicking on Wishlist, type in your category i.e. Pens, and then click save, once you have created the category, click on a product you wish to add to the category, once you have opened the product page, you will view on the right hand side of the product page, add to wishlist, highlight the category pens, then click on (add to whishlist) to review your category pens, click on the word pens, which will open the category, so you can view and re=order your favourite pens.

Q: How do I re-order from past orders?


A:
By creating an account, this will create history of all your completed orders, simply sign in and view (my account), there you will view a list of information,
    click on (completed orders) there you will see all your previous orders, Click 'View Order Details' to view other orders details, and re order, highlight the product you wish to
re-order, then click on (reorder selected).
