* FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING applies to products in-stock, and at our warehouse. In most cases we will endeavour to have your package delivered next day to your home or business. Alternatively they can be picked up from your local Newsagency. We are in the process of upgrading all products availability to FREE SAME DAY status.
We ship Australia Wide and internationally, $15.00 flat rate shipping applies for the following states, W.A, S.A, QLD, NSW & Country VIC and $29.50 flat rate shipping* applies for all orders placed outside of Australia.
We ship free for all Melbourne Metropolitan orders
Some products may have to be specially ordered from our suppliers once the payment process is completed. This process will add 7-10 business days to the delivery time.
Orders placed by 12am will be shipped out the same day (depending on availability of stock). All orders are dispatched with our National Couriers which will be monitored to ensure deliveries within transit schedules.
Our Website is an automated process and you will be updated all the way via email, The first email you will receive is (awaiting fulfilment) - Awaiting Fulfilment means we have received payment and your order is in the process of being picked. The next email you will receive is Awaiting shipment, followed by Shipped. (Vic / NSW / SA 1-3 Days) and (QLD / WA 2-5 Days).
Return and Refund Policy
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds for change of mind
Generally, a store or online business does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product.

You we be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
